SHIPPING INFORMATION

The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted in 1-2 working days. Unfortunately, at some times, processing orders may take longer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified.

We aim to ship all orders in1-2 business days, meaning you should receive updates to your order soon after it has been placed. If you do not receive any communication please get in contact with us: superrichvintage@gmail.com

For orders under $80 we offer Standard Shipping at $10 and Express Shipping for $15.

For orders $80 and above we offer Free Express Shipping.

DELIVERY

Super Rich Vintage (SRV) will deliver to the address indicated by you. You warrant that the information you have provided to us, in your order, is accurate and complete. Delivery will only take place on business days, excluding Australian public holidays.

You may only order on our Site if you are a consumer, not a reseller and are over the age of 14 years old in order to purchase products via our Site.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

SRV uses various carriers to deliver your products. Whilst we use quality carriers, the reality is that errors may occur. In the event of delivery errors, SRV will use all its efforts to ensure you receive your goods, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Your credit card is only charged when you place your order. When placing your order you will be redirected to the secure server where you will be required to enter your credit card details. SRV will only accept payment by way of Paypal or credit card, which is limited to the use of VISA, MasterCard or AMEX, irrespective of the issuing bank. SRV will not charge a surcharge where these methods of payments have been used.

Unless otherwise specified, any reference to dollars is taken to mean Australian dollars.
